Detailed Description -Project management of business initiatives for the Customer Service and Sales groups; ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope. Plans and directs schedules. Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery. Organizes interdepartmental or cross-functional team activities ensuring completion of project on schedule. -Process Analysis of current Service and Sales procedures with the goal of identifying opportunities for optimization through process improvements or the application of technology solutions. -Manage the credit vendors relationship, performance and optimize service level to effectively provide information and/or service -- the focus should be on effective and timely risk mitigation with optimized economics. Maintain industry awareness for Best Practices -Develop high quality presentations, documentation, and analytical materials for consumption by senior management and field teams. -Collaborate with peer groups and/or service providers/vendors to effectively plan, communicate, organize and execute business objectives. Job Requirements -Bachelors Degree in Business Management, MIS or related field or equivalent experience. Masters preferred. -4+ years progressive project management or related experience in the financial services industry; Strong project planning, organizational and follow up skills; Ability to multi-task and maintain composure; strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute quickly, timely and efficiently and drive results and foster responsiveness; PM certification preferred. -Knowledge of financial services operations, information delivery, change management, and action planning. -Experience in service/system outsourcing and vendor management. -Demonstrated collaborative partnership skills with internal and external teams -Good customer service orientation, business communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills and team orientation. -Experience using formal standards/procedures in formal project management life cycle. -Good business acumen and good conceptual, analytical and business judgment. -Display the confidence and drive to influence and energize key decision makers at all levels within the organization through excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation.
