Description: This Senior Product Sales Specialist position will have direct responsibility for generating new business revenue among Middle Market/Mid Corp clients for JPMorgan’s Commercial Card Products. These include Corporate Purchasing Card and T&E Card products as well as emerging client payment alternatives. These products are among the fastest growing products in Treasury Services. This position requires strong strategic selling and analytical skills - both internally and externally - to help companies improve their Accounts Payable processes and Sourcing effectiveness. The territory we need coverage for is "Central US & Canada", which would ideally be based out of Chicago or some other Midwestern city, though I%%27m willing to consider someone located outside of the region. Key Responsibilities: Exceed new business revenue goals Commercial Card products Engage in strategic and ROI based selling of payables automation solutions to clients Aggressively pursue client opportunities through Treasury Services’ Cash Sales force to close new business Own the strategy and execution of all components of the product sales cycle, including client presentations, application demos, proposal development/RFP responses, price negotiation and contract execution Demonstrate the ability to grow a pipeline and consistently move deals from initial qualification through contract execution Demonstrate an ability to leverage product linkages with Order to Pay, and other debit / credit solutions Additional Responsibilities: Represent JPMorgan as the “expert” with the most market and internal knowledge about these products Assume an industry leadership role by speaking at industry conferences and participating in PR related opportunities (internal and external) Strategically sell a vision to clients around financial automation of the payables function and optimization of their cash/working capital Organize and deliver "ready to sell" programs to the sales force Build effective internal partnerships with the Internal (omit) Cash, Order to Pay, and Corporate Banking sales teams Provide deal support such as RFP responses and customized pricing as needed Dynamically engage the Product Management organization to share product knowledge and provide feedback based on client’s buying behaviors Be technically proficient to demonstrate web-based Management Information tools and develop financial justification models The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: A minimum of 5 years sales experience in selling financial, A/P and/or software based products A detailed understanding of the electronic payment and electronic invoicing marketplace Entrepreneurial, self-driven and able to work independently with limited management oversight Strong client presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to sell at executive levels within an organization Ability to demo technology products Territory and Travel: Territory covering Middle Market/Mid Corp companies within targeted industries 40%% travel required Location Western US
