Description: Senior .NET Developer candidates will have 5+ years designing and building successful Windows products in a Client Server environment, experience with architecture, strong OOD/OOP skills, and experience applying modern design patterns, experience with .NET architecture (CLR, GC, and C# programming) including internals, a general knowledge of "Under the hood technologies", able to explain the Differences between Reference Types and Value Types in C#, differences between Attributes and Properties in C#, the number of ways you can use thread in C#, attributes, delegates, difference between Class and Structure Basic Interface Classes, threading in C#, thread pools, experience with C++ programming including Data Structures and experience with Web Services and multi-tier distributed systems, experience with high-performance multi-threading in Win32 and .NET, working knowledge of MFC, ATL, STL and COM technologies and leadership experience including the ability to estimate, plan and execute complex technical projects including assuming and managing project risk and experience leading peer code reviews with exceptional complex problem solving skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communications skills, bright candidates who enjoy solving complex problems with a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate - Ph.D degree in Computer Science or closely related field. The development teams build products utilizing scalable, robust service oriented architectures, involving web services, .Net 2.0 (C#) and C++, Windows platform technologies and integration management tools.
