Description: Description: Seeking an individual to take ownership and lead the activities around creating and maintaining the WT Service Catalog . The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and experience with the various technology services offered by a large IT shared services organization to include application hosting, application support, infrastructure, engineering, security, etc. Experience with or the desire to develop expertise in the area of ITIL v3.0 Service Catalog Management and to leverage that knowledge across the organization to improve how services are communicated, purchased and tracked is essential. Major role responsibilities include: â• a Keep abreast of industry best practices to influence and direct the evolution of the WT Service Catalog to continously improve and enable "self service" and "intelligent consumption" of services. â• a Primary owner of the WT Service Catalog and associated artifacts such as service names, definitions, prices, fulfillment processes, contacts, cost models, etc. along with the processes for using the catalog, updating the catalog, change management, etc. â• a Primary interface with service owners to capture and maintain service related information â• a Production and maintenance of an accurate Service Catalog â• a Manages information related to the pipeline of services (new services, changes to services) â• a Maintains service information and metrics relevant to stakeholders to ensure a â• oservice portfolioâ?? of information is available for use. â• a Participate in understanding customer needs leading to new and revised services. â• a Interface with the business and IT shared service teams to understand business processes and to participate in designing services to meet those needs. â• a Lead the automation and continued improvement of the Service Catalog solution and associated tools and information such as estimating models, decision trees, etc. â• a Manages and maintains relationship with CP&M Engagement Managers, Service Owners and provides expertise and support as needed â• a Definition, oversight and ongoing improvements related to the change management process estabished fo the Service Catalog Qualifications: â• a Bachelorâ• Ts degree in Engineering or Computer Science required; MBA or advanced degree desired â• a Ideally 5 years of experience in Information Technology â• a Familiar with ITIL v3.0 â• a Experience with software development life cycles and methodologies â• a Experience with the various type of shared services offered by a large IT organization â• a Strong analytical capabilities â• a Strong project management skills â• a Effective interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Behavioral (Lominger) Competencies (list only 3-5 competencies): Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Self Development, Action Oriented, Functional / Technical Skills Technical (SFIA) Skills (list only 4-7 skills): Information Management, Usability Evaluation, Project Management, Content Creation, Change Implementation Planning and Management, Business Process Testing Benefits: Throughout our 153 years, a legacy of caring for others has been at the heart of everything we do at Pfizer.
