We are currently seeking a Value Added Tax Senior Manager/Manager to join us in our New York City office. Responsibilities for both positions: . Provide excellent client service to multi-national, United States headquartered companies with Value Added Tax issues, including transaction analysis, supply chain, business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, etc. . Develop responses to client proposal requests . Travel within the United States and international approximately 30 percent of work days . Preparation of VAT (Value Added Tax) training presentations aimed at external and internal audiences Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager: . Identification and development of new and existing client relationships and internal relationships . Develop new staff

Qualifications for both positions: . Five or more years of experience providing European/international value added tax consultancy on multi-national issues . Able to utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, or process mapping software . Good project management/coordination and delivery skills . Clear written and verbal communication . Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field of study from an accredited college/university Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager: . Ability to develop and maintain existing internal and client relationships and help to build new relationships with key local office targets . Seven or more years of experience providing European/international value added tax consultancy on multi-national issues
