We are currently seeking an IT Advisory Manager to join us in our New York office. IT Advisory Services (ITA) professionals assess, design, and combine leading information management and operational processes, approaches, technologies, and controls to help enable sustained business value and risk management in support of the business. Information Technology (IT) organizations and their leaders often need a business focus that helps enable them to better organize and prioritize their IT investments based on factors including business value created, return on investments, and management of risk. Responsibilities: . Manage and control multiple large-sized derivatives systems projects across phases of the system development life cycle . Document business and functional requirements . Design and execute test steps . Interact with system users and other stakeholders . Interact with geographically dispersed technology developers . Clearly communicate information security and technology issues to various levels of clients and internal staff, on both a formal and informal basis . Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements and developing proposals Qualifications: . Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent from an accredited college/university . Four years of advisory services experience delivering system integration projects to Financial Services Clients including risk assessments and platform reviews . Knowledge of products such as Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities or Mutual Funds, Swaps, Futures and Bonds . Industry experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management or a Broker/Dealer . Experience with trading systems or pricing systems . Project management and leadership skills . Strong product control experience . Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives . Strong client services orientation and the ability to take an active role in executing engagements . Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written .
