She/He will work closely with the Executive Director, Operations to develop a channel- and product strategy for the US market that allows Jamster to maximize its customer value and to create the most engaging customer experience regarding mobile entertainment products.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: . Responsible for performance monitoring of individual product groups and sales channels . Weekly and monthly performance reviews . Joint development of action plans to improve the individual performance with technical country management and marketing . Benchmarking of products and channels with other country organizations within the group . Transfer of best practice examples and application to the US organization . Identification and quantification of business potential for new products and channels . Project management for implementation of identified new products and channels . Regular competition reviews regarding products and channels

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates have 3-5 years of proven expertise as product portfolio manager with project management skills. Bachelors Degree or equivalent required, Masters Degree preferred. Must have strong knowledge of mobile, digital media, entertainment and expansive knowledge base of popular culture. Must be able to perform well and achieve high quality results within a dynamic, growing and cross-cultural global organization. Must have excellent organizational skills, have ability to work under pressure and and deliver high quality output under tight deadlines. Must have excellent communication skills.
