Business and Products: The business consists of all Credit products including High Yield and High Grade Secondary Bond trading, Distressed Bonds, Bond Underwriting, CDO Warehousing and Securitization, Loan Trading including PAR and Distressed, CLO Warehousing and Securitization. Loan Commitments and Syndication including Bridge Loans. CDS Flow and Hedge positioning on Bonds, Loans and Indexes, Litigation Claims, and Receivable Factoring.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the following processes to control and support the business: . Metrics Reporting and Analysis . General Ledger Account Ownership monitoring . Theoretical Interest Monitoring . Maintenance and enforcement of Control Policies and Procedures . Monitoring of Strategic and Efficiency Projects . Organizational Structure and Maintenance . Human Capital Plans, Progress, and Monitoring . Monitoring Group Accomplishments . Group Objectives . Town Hall and Group Onsite Presentations and Preparation . Monthly Business Reporting Packages . Budget, Cost, and Headcount monitoring

Qualifications

Key Requirements: . 8+ years of Product Control experience with Reporting, Metrics, and preferably some Credit Products . Management Experience - ability to work with Global and Regional Heads, Direct Reports, and their teams to gather, interpret, and analyze data. . Proven track record for producing and following up on meaningful management information. . Good with data collection, management, and presentations.
