Responsibilities: * Ensure the set-up, maintenance and repair of all Amusement equipment * Acquire parts for games from new or existing sources * Follow-up on all equipment maintenance and repair * Maintain game repair and preventative maintenance tracking. * Provide support to Assistant Amusement Manager on determination of technical competency and direct progression of Heathkit through testing and skill validation. * Verify the completion of all Midway punchlists and Tuesday Test Drive issues list. * Complete any needed component level board repairs to the limits of repair or test equipment available. * Rebuild all major game sub-assemblies and organize the tracking of same. * Maintain a safe and secure environment for all Dave & Buster's guests and staff. * Assist in the training and developing of technical skills of Amusement staff as directed by Assistant Amusement Manager * Assist the Amusement department with emergency building maintenance and guest safety-related repairs. * Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner * Organize, maintain and inventory all Amusements test equipment and major tools. * Acquire, organize and maintain all Amusement related technical manuals and documentation. * Communicate regularly with staff members using all available communications tools (Redbook, shift reports, etc.) * As directed by Amusement Manager, acquire parts for games from new or existing sources.
