Responsibilities: ? Develop, deliver and execute a Teams annual business plan to ensure the retention, growth and profitability of a specific book of business in alignment with the offices and companys business goals ? Manage the Client Service Team and coordinate internal and external resources required to support exceptional service for all clients. Direct client contact at senior executive levels is a prerequisite to properly carrying out this responsibility ? Manage the design and delivery of an effective benefits program by identifying client requirements and introducing appropriate products and services for new and existing clients Qualifications: ? BS/BA Degree from an accredited college ? Active Life and Health Insurance License ? Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and work productively in a fast-paced environment ? Excellent communications skills in order to work with clients at all levels including • C-level? decision-makers ? Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a group of highly self-directed individuals ? Willingness to travel (drivers license encouraged) Experience: ? At least ten years of equivalent experience in the Employee Benefits and Insurance Brokerage industry
