Description: Job Title Senior Designer Auto req ID 922BR CBS Business Unit Showtime Networks Division/Station CBS Department Digital Media Location New York - New York Job Description The Sr. Designer works as part of the New Media team to develop Showtimes web sites in a manner that is consistent with network and department strategies and objectives. The Sr. Designer is responsible for the design and production of visual elements for SHO.com and other department initiatives that help position Showtime as a leader in next generation entertainment. Emphasis is placed on extending Showtime’s tone and manner into new distribution platforms through the innovative application of new and evolving technologies. Required Skills/Experience Must have proven design skills and be up-to-date in the latest tools and technologies appropriate for the development of all forms of interactive media, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, Flash 9 and a working knowledge of HTML. Experience in video and motion graphics is considered a big plus. The Senior Designer must also be able to:

· execute projects with speed, accuracy, organization · have an eye for detail, · excellent communication skills · bring fresh and cutting edge ideas to the table · have clean and sophisticated sense of design Minimum Education Level Bachelors Degree Additional Candidate Instructions The Sr. Designer reports to the Creative Director but must have the ability to think and act independently and will be expected to represent department interests at internal and external meetings when necessary. The Designer has no direct budget responsibilities beyond the responsible use of department resources. Job Status Full Time
