This is a full-time salaried position (with benefits) for immediate hire into Fleishmans New Business Development Group. The position: Senior Designer with a minimum of three years experience to provide comprehensive design support for Eastern Region new business opportunities which include many best in class brands from the Fortune 100. We respond to a variety of new business opportunities and the challenge is to design custom tailored materials that reflect the prospective clients brand as well as our proposed strategic program elements. Key Duties include: . Develop and execute new business collateral concepts for use in presentation design and custom deliverables: taking projects from inception to final product . Specific deliverables may include presentation design (Word/PPT templates), printed collateral design (boards, etc.), logo development, creative packaging ideas and developing original Web site concept designs/mock ups . Participate in new business development brainstorms to put forward creative concepts Client Service: . Participate in frequent contact with managers and account team contacts . Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented structure . Advise management of deadlines and expectations regarding ongoing projects . Liaise with design related vendors regarding timelines and purchases . Have the ability to pitch ideas/creative concepts to account leads We prefer that your experience be in a creative or agency environment. You must be communications oriented, insightful, flexible, detail oriented, and able to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment. Overtime is required as needed to meet deadlines. You must have excellent communication and design skills. Key Requirements: . Three years + experience; agency experience preferred . BA/BS in graphic design, media, marketing or communications . Proven skills and expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator . Experience with InDesign, Flash, and QuarkXpress is a plus . Proven creative ability (concept and execution) . Superb creative brainstormer . Ability to interpret abstract concepts and translate into producing visually compelling products . Prior work experience in the advertising or communications field .
