Description Responsibilities: * Work on engagement teams supporting client services. * Participate on all aspects of restructuring, including Chapter 11 proceedings. * Prepare or analyze cash flow forecasts, business plans and financial models. * Assist with liquidation and valuation analysis. * Actively participate in marketing efforts. * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements: * Bachelors degree in accounting, or a double major in Accounting and Finance. * Strong financial and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and client service skills. * 1-2 years experience in restructuring and bankruptcy or 3 years external audit experience with a Big 4 firm.
