Experience: Duties include but are not limited to: Management of an investment leasing fund. Review Bank and Intercompany Reconciliation for various LLC Record the monthly transaction detail for a number of complicated foreign currency entities Conduct the consolidation of foreign and domestic entities into Consolidated US GAAP financial Statements for a Fund. Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow variance analysis for the Fund Do some technical research Compile Fund and LLC Financial Statements Draft the quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K Reports for a Fund that is filed with the SEC This is a high energy, entrepreneurial environment, perfect for someone with 4 - 8 years of Audit exposure coming from the Big 4.
