BASIC FUNCTIONS: Ensure that shoplifters are deterred, conduct bag checks , fitting room surveillance, safety documentation and document policies and procedures that are not being followed by employees. Report all non-compliance issues to the Loss Prevention Auditor, District Manager and Store Manager. Protect employees from external deterrents. Support Store Management with all security and safety matters. Ensure security of product . Perform daily walk through. Conduct tours of premises to prevent break ins. Follow Oakley guidelines in Emergency situations. Sensor check during closing walk though. Work with Police Department and Management on store incidents. Complete Loss Prevention Incident Reports on all incidents. Report any unsafe conditions to Management immediately. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Two or more years of Loss Prevention or Retail Security Guard experience Interpersonal skills Ability to anticipate and quickly adapt to changing needs of the work environment Must wear provided Oakley product. PLUS FACTORS: Knowledge of Oakley products Outgoing personality Bilingual English/Spanish
