Description The team is responsible for monitoring over 9,000,000 customer accounts that include approx. 100,000 margin accounts for both retail and institutional clients. We are seeking a candidate who is detail oriented and will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining all accounts in compliance. The Senior Service Representative will be responsible for the monitoring of customer accounts to ensure that: * Firm is protected from financial risk * Comply with all applicable regulations and internal policies * Accounts & branches receive excellent service * Oversee day to day interaction with branches and internal areas that we interface with such as all areas of Operations, Legal, Compliance, Credit and Executive Financial Services. * Deal with branches, clients and operations areas with high customer service expectations * Oversee all risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements for customer accounts. * Process money and securities movements.

Specifications / Qualifications The ideal candidate should have the following skill sets: * 3+ Years experience in Operations with knowledge of Securities Margin rules and regulations * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills * Strong written and verbal communications skills * Strong PC skills — Excel, Word & PowerPoint * Strong focus on control * Flexible/sense of urgency * Detail oriented and self-motivated
