Description: Responsibilities: * Leading the team of SRM functional consultants through the project, and providing day-to-day instruction and guidance * Monitoring activity and ensuring team is on track through timely identification and resolution of issues * Lead and deliver the implementation of SRM Bidding Engine (BE) and Live Auction Cockpit (LAC) and understand of SRM/EBP (Enterprise Business Portal) * Understand SuSS (Supplier Self Service may also appear as SuS) * Structuring, leading and facilitating multiple Design Workshops to ensure comprehensive requirements gathering * Managing and contributing to the development of integrated process design and flows * Identifying opportunities to exploit new SRM 5.0 functionality to support Wyeth requirements * Evaluating the SRM Implementation scenario in the context of the Blueprint design * Working closely with the Technical Team lead to ensure efficient and effective communication and alignment of requirements with solution development * Structuring and leading the User Acceptance Testing and sign-off effort * Providing input for and reviewing the Training materials Skill Profile * Functional knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and Operational Procurement * Prior Team Lead/management roles * Full life-cycle implementation experience with SAP SRM * Knowledge of BE (Bidding Engine) LAC (Live Auction Cockpit), SuS (Supplier Self Service) and SRM/EBP (Enterprise Business Portal) * Understanding of the DELIVER SAP methodology * Strong facilitation, communication and client-interaction skills Capgemini U.S. LLC and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
