Job description The SAP HR Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP Benefits module. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HCM application solutions. This consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Required * At least 4 years experience in SAP HR Benefits hands-on configuration and implementation experience (v4.6+) within the past 7 years. * Readiness to travel up to 75%%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends * English: Fluent Preferred * Bachelors Degree * At least 5 years experience in SAP HR Benefits hands-on configuration and implementation experience (v4.6+) within the past 7 years.
