Job description The SAP HR Performance Management/Career Succession Planning Senior Consultant (SC) is responsible for working with clients to implement the SAP HR modules pertaining to these two components of the Talent Management solution. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing SAP HR applications. The SC will configure the SAP HR modules as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR application solutions. The SC will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Required * At least 4 years experience in hands-on configuration and delivery of Performance Management and Career and Succession Planning. * Readiness to travel up to 75%%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends * English: Fluent Preferred * Bachelors Degree * At least 5 years experience in hands-on configuration and delivery of Performance Management and Career and Succession Planning.
