Job description The SAP HR Managing Consultant / Team Lead (MC/TL) is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR PA & OM modules. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. The MC/TL will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. The MC/TL provides hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring throughout all project phases to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.
