BearingPoint SAP Commecial Services is currently searching for experienced SAP HR Benefits Manager. SAP HR Benefits Manager . Minimum of eight years implementation experience in SAP HR Benefits. . Minimum of 2-3 full life-cycle implementations and go lives. . Ability to lead teams with at least two years of consulting experience. . Minimum of three years hands-on experience configuring the SAP Benefits Module, including user exits. . Experience implementing other SAP HR modules (OM/PA). . Experience integrating personnel administration, benefits, and payroll functions, including assignment of benefits wage types. . Knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets. . Accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and mitigation strategies. . Experience with implementing ESS benefits enrollment functionality is desirable.
