We have an opportunity for you, a gifted business professional who has extensive experience in leading teams in consultation and professional services delivery efforts for business-critical SAP HR-Benefits systems. As an SAP HR-Benefits Manager, youll work with clients to understand and define the business strategy in order to align SAPs HR Benefits solutions with that business strategy. Youll use your full life-cycle implementation experience and highly-developed business acumen to excel in executive client management, leadership of both technical and functional project teams, business-user interaction, and overall delivery. Your experience and product/integration knowledge of other HR modules (will be critical in successful delivery). In historically evaluating successful team members in the SAP HR-Benefits Manager position, weve found that a minimum of 8 years of overall SAP experience is required for this critical role, and specifically at least: . A minimum of 6 years of implementation experience delivering SAP HR Benefits solutions . At least 2 full life-cycle implementations . 2 years of consulting and/or project experience in a professional services environment . At least of 3 years hands-on experience configuring the SAP Benefits Module, including user exits . Related experience implementing or integrating to other SAP HR modules (e.g. Payroll, OM/PA) including assignment of benefits wage types in at least 2 full life-cycle implementations . Utilization of ASAP methodology and toolsets in at least 2 projects . Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze and effectively diagnosis of client issues and mitigation strategies . Experience with implementing ESS benefits enrollment functionality is desirable.
