Job description The Associate Partner (AP) has direct accountability for the overall successful delivery of large scale SAP CRM engagements involving technology, process and organization change initiatives. The AP provides hands-on leadership and direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships and will assist in the growth of the SAP CRM Industrial practice on the West coast. The AP will also be responsible for leading business case development and performance measurement. This is a hands-on consulting and delivery role in a complex and integrated environment. Preferred candidates should have SAP CRM certification, experience in Industrial Sector industries and experience in a large consulting firm environment. A-Minimum of 10 years of experience with a Masters Degree or equivalent experience; B-Minimum of 5 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities; C-Demonstrated hands-on program management experience with at least 3 full lifecycle, successful large-scale SAP CRM transformation engagements involving technology, process, & organizational change initiatives.
