Your Next Challenge: * Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota. Makes significant outbound telephone sales calls to target new clients and existing assigned accounts and receives inbound calls. * Prospects key target clients for annual contracts. * Responsible for increasing closing rate, average sale, average number of images per sale, and average price per image through targeting and selling to higher-end clients. * Responsible for responding to requests for proposals. * Assist in development and negotiation of contracts. * Spends majority of time inside the sales office making outbound calls and servicing the client. (Approx. 90%% of time) * Consistently reviewing the assigned account base to look for new revenue opportunities and make necessary recommendations and changes where necessary that may result in increased account activity. * Grow the revenue consistently as defined by sales management. * Being proactive with sales management to actively review account base for creative and innovative ways to grow the business. * Partnering with other business partners such as Finance and Sales Operations to look for more effective ways of partnering to execute and deliver to the business as well as customers. * Responsible for providing our customers and creative services and solutions/problem-solving to their business needs. * Responsible for understanding and communication of company products, creative services, new technologies, policies and procedures to new and existing customers. * Responsible for client visits that focus on building better business partnerships and find solutions that will ultimately drive customer confidence in the Getty Images brand. * Assisting the client with problem resolutions and solutions regarding finance holds and invoices and escalating issues in a proactive an solution driven manner * Enters customer and sales data into sales order processing system. * Documents problems and communicates/interfaces with departments.What Youll Need: * 2-4years experience outbound and/ or inbound sales or account management experience * Proven consistent results meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong knowledge of Getty Images products and websites. * Industry-related (stock photography, internet technologies, electronic pre-press, publishing or advertising) experience preferred. * Ideally degree level educated * Revenue focus: motivated to grow revenue of client base. * Relationship building: able to build rapport with client contacts. Understand their business direction & short/ medium term needs. * Account development: finds opportunities to grow accounts within own sector. Has in depth knowledge about their sector. * Team player: work collaboratively with sales & internal colleagues.
