Description: Sales Executive II Tracking Code NY 8210 Job Description Who you are: Responsible for primarily Outbound selling and servicing accounts that are not assigned to a particular salesperson inside the office. Receives and/or places telephone calls and/or email to handle all aspects of sales to accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, negotiation, and problem resolution. Uses computerized system for entering orders, tracking, information gathering, troubleshooting, and/or research. 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales/customer service. Requires knowledge of Getty Images products and websites, computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications, such as research software. Responsible for contributing to team sales revenue target.

Responsibilities: Customer Service-Sales Center /Premium Service: * Responsible for providing our customers creative services and solutions and problem-solves in response to our customers business needs. * Premium Service responsible for being transactional focused while mining for additional revenue opportunities and building relationships. * Responsible for understanding and communication of company products, creative services, new technologies, policies and procedures to new customers including pricing, the website, and value added sales. Work with customers that have bundled services vs. just pricing and provide customized solutions. * Consistently making outbound calls to ensure every opportunity to maximize possible sales opportunities for inactive or unassigned accounts. * Provides solutions and other product offerings to customers that may result in additional sales, or product knowledge that may result in a future sale. * Responsible for giving guidance to team members relative to customer requirements, competition and trends in the visual communications marketplace from information derived from Discovery methods from Inbound call activity. Inbound Sales and Service: * Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly team sales quota through timely and efficient receiving of inbound telephone sales calls of new clients and existing accounts. Be a premium service provider. * Professionally communicates via telephone and email a complete understanding of Getty Images products and services resulting in a sale or acquisition of a new client or existing client. Sales Center highly transactional and measured by time spent on phones vs. calls to voice mail. * Proactively engages in Discovery activities that determine customer needs and suggest relevant products and services that will meet or exceed the customers needs. Partner with NAMs. * Perform small research request for customers or up-sell our current research services for a fee. * Responsible for increasing closing rate, average sale, average number of images per sale through targeting and selling to a wide variety of clients and client revenue levels. * Responsible for responding to requests for proposals. * May negotiate pricing within published training guidelines. Data Entry and Documentation: * Enters customer and sales data into sales order processing system. * Documents problems and communicates/interfaces with departments and escalates with possible solutions to the appropriate sales executive.Qualifications: * 1-2 years experience call center environment/ in outbound sales or customer service. * Strong knowledge of Getty Images products and websites. * Industry-related (stock photography, internet technologies, electronic pre-press, publishing or advertising) experience preferred. * Ideally degree level educated. Required: * Revenue focus: motivated to achieve & exceed targets. * Client focus: Able to build rapport effectively.
