Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Sponsorship Scheduling a. Consistently maintain the episode log and Programming Updates and check for any and all oversells b. Send out (quarterly) scheduling info for all FLN Custom Theme Events to each appropriate AE/Planner/SA c. Create scheduling details for all FLN sales opportunities including FLN Shortform sponsorships 2. Sales Development

a. Work on new FLN sales opportunity decks to support FLN dedicated Account Executives b. Conduct MRI, Simmons, TNS and CMR research for AEs to assist with prospecting and proposal creation. c. Track new business prospects and update advertisers lists quarterly by category 3. Sales Administration a. Keep record of all pending & projected business weekly b. Maintain FLN records including: - Remainders and Sellouts - Split Billing reports - Marketing requests - Branded Entertainment Targets - Pacing Reports c. Prepare quarterly revenue analysis with FLN VP of Sales d. Compile revenue on a quarterly and annual basis by the following: - Billing by quarter for Broadcast, Calendar & Scatter - Scatter by quarter - Yearly by Broadcast, Calender & Scatter - Total billing per quarter e. Maintain FLN ratings tracking by daypart by demo on an monthly basis

Other Duties and Responsibilities: . Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: . Working knowledge of Media math and basic comprehension of the National Ad Sales Marketplace Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: Bachelors Degree preferred 2. Experience: 2+ years in agency/client/ad industry sales experience 3. Equipment: Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 4. Skills/Abilities: Attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment in sometimes stressful situations. Good presentation, verbal communication skills.
