POSITION SUMMARY Own the pre-close sales process, teaming with regional Account Directors and Executives on all assigned accounts to drive additional revenue and overachieve on the teams goals.
II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage deal flow and process from client prospecting and introduction to deal close with Account Director/Executive 2. Assure proper handoff with Account Director/Executive/Manager, L&T, and client to ensure proper deal launch 3. Develop presentations with Account Director/Executive for simple RFP response and proposal development 4. Build timely, on-target simple plans 5. Collaborate with Sales Planning to receive complex plans 6. Gather and utilize 3rd-party and 1st party research to effectively build our sales story for presentations 7. Input RFP responses into internal systems and external templates 8. Work with Account Director/Executive and Sales Development to build unique creative proposals for more complex and long-term opportunities 9. Deliver on all role-specific accountability metrics and goals 10. Manage the credit check process with Finance and Account Director/Executive 11. Convert simple plans into Atlas/3rd-party servers from DART/Proposal Builder 12. Collaborate with Central Media Planning team for complex plan development 13. Ensure campaign launch working with Launch and Trafficking team 14. Transition campaign to the Account Manager for a successful client launch
III. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Education: Bachelors degree Experience: 2-6 years of total business experience, with 1-4 in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Client Services, preferably online Specialized Knowledge: Strong knowledge of and/or abilities in Media Sales and Advertising/Marketing; Industry news/trends; understanding of online syndicated media research; command of MS Office, experience with
