Responsibilities include:

- Providing compliance support to the leverage finance sales, trading and syndicate desks
- Providing advice to these businesses on transactional related issues, regulatory requirements and monitoring for compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Being the primary compliance contact for the high yield and distressed bond and bank loans sales, trading and syndicate desks
- Handling product coverage includes high yield bonds, leverage loans, and potentially related derivatives
