Ad.com etc) and direct team (3 people - NYC, Chicago and LA), The RVP sales would be looking to aggressively grow opportunities in the market, both via integrated advertising partnerships, developing and leveraging the AOL sales assets and platforms, but also optimising relationships in place. Putting in place a strategy for expanding the sales team and hiring the best people will also be a critical part of the job. This is a very hands-on role and a high degree of maturity and passion is required. This individual will represent the company to the customer/client/partner/sales network in the US and retain overall responsibility for revenue in the market. Key Result Areas
