It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies — from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds. %%0A %%0A Role Description:%%0A The Funds Management Business is looking to expand its Retirement IODC Business. The primary role of the internal IODC wholesaling team is to prospect, close business, and promote JP Morgan retirement funds to advisors who specialize in the sale of retirement plans. The position requires accountability to an external salesperson covering the corresponding region from the field. Candidates should be self-starters who have a strong desire to succeed and to achieve goals in a consistent and timely manner.%%0A %%0A The primary objectives are to%%0A 1) Identify and profile leading retirement advisors through calling efforts, mail/email campaigns, and referrals.%%0A 2) Develop and strengthen relationships with key advisors and market centers of influence%%0A 3) Deliver “the best of the firm” to key advisors, through value-add tools/support, product information and updates, and unique JPM market insights.%%0A 4) Partner with 1-2 field wholesalers, with responsibilities including advisor scheduling, call-backs, and lead generation.%%0A %%0A In addition, the internal wholesaler will cultivate and manage client relationships with Tier B/C Advisors and Regional TPA firms, by responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing communication with clients/prospects, and managing the client/prospects throughout the sales cycle, resulting in closed business. %%0A The candidate will have:%%0A . Proven results and demonstrated sustainable achievement in a competitive environment. (Drive for achievement)%%0A . Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding the competition, the client and marketplace (technical expertise)%%0A .
