Description: The Reprographics group within Deloitte Services LP utilizes advanced knowledge of reprographics, production methods and equipment (i.e., color and black and white copiers, binding, laminating, folding, cutting equipment and other reprographics machines) to produce financial statements, client proposals, letters, presentations, marketing materials and client deliverables that must be error-free and professional quality.a a The Reprographics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the Reprographics department in the World Financial Center and for developing processes and procedures impacting Reprographic departments across all Northeast offices.a a The position reports to the Document & Creative Services (DCS) Manager for the Northeast and is the lead Reprographic Supervisor for the Northeast Region, including offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts & Pennsylvania.aaThe individualamust possess an overall understanding of quality client service, a proven track record of working in multifunctional teams and across multiple geographies, strong business acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with other Reprographic groups. a General Responsibilities a Client: - Ensure that clients are managed in a proactive, professional manner and that their expectations are not only met, but exceeded.a - Develop long-term sustainable relationships with key users. - Represent Reprographics and build relationships with functional leadership across the region as well as clients in all functions at all levels and assure effective education and delivery of services.a - Analyze and develop service improvement response to client satisfaction feedback. - Acquire agenda time and deliver service presentations at functional meetings being held in both local and remote offices. a Process: - Manage day-to-day operations of the Reprographics department, ensuring that client expectations are met by monitoring quality and productivity. - Lead process improvement efforts in Reprographic services across the region. - Utilize the DCSxpress database to ensure all time and materials are billed correctly, project instructions and client interactions are fully documented. - Foster a culture of excellence and ensure continuous improvement through the use of best practices. - Drive risk assessment of operational and client issues and troubleshoot significant operations/service delivery issues. People: - Provide training and coaching in coordination with manager and leads to drive performance and professional development of staff, including planning, timely and consistent feedback, needs assessments, leadership, and team development. - Manage the succession planning process for direct reports and their staff. - Implement management objectives for direct reports. Ensure all staff is aware of business processes and objectives . - Interview, select and develop a high performing site team. - Responsible for hiring, terminating and evaluating staff. - Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies.a Administrative: - Work with DCS Supervisors to add production ideas and expertise on projects of various scope and complexity. - Build relationships with suppliers and ensure they are satisfying the business needs. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of site administrative duties. - Assess needs in order to recommend appropriate equipment, supplies, and other assets. Finance: - Monitor and manage revenue charges regionally and ensure team meets periodic revenue goals. - Account for overall financial performance and budget process. - Management experience required. - Bachelors degree in a related major strongly preferred. - Must have a good understanding of general business operations and strong computer skills. - A minimum of 5+ years experience in Reprographics required. - Must be able to multi task in a fast paced, high volume environment. - Attention to detail, accuracy, organization and great project management skills essential. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner and resolve problems effectively, positively and with a solution-oriented attitude. - Customer service experience essential, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines. - Travel to regional offices required.
