More information about this job: Overview: The Replenishment Planner will manage Replenishment Assortment within Monet Jewelry Department. Total skus 250. Replenishment Jewelry represents 60%% - 70%% to total Jewelry sales. Responsible for Replenishment strategic planning by working closely with Merchandise Manager , Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of Merchandising/Design in order to maintain what is working within the line while looking for opportunities to continually grow and evolve the business.

Responsibilities: Weekly Tasks .Run IPAs, update forecast sheet with OH/WIP/Bookings and selling from DSS .QR Bookings- Shipment recap .Update Possible Add/Watch list with best selling fashion items .Create oversold list and send to production for updates and then send to sales .Place reorders with production on bi-weekly basis or as needed .Update ownership file and cost log .Weekly touch base with production and sales Monthly Tasks .Update Global report with actual shipments, forecast sheet and final bookings .Extend your forecast sheet with actual final bookings .Send out final QR Bookings for that month .Send out to the warehouse 3 months forward projections - Velocity report .Turnovers- excess inventory Market Tasks .Update Current Model with all active replenishment styles .At a Glance Report based on dates requested by sales .Sample Request .Rank and update Boards with new ranking (units rank/retail $ rank) .Penetration Report of new adds .Rolling skus count report - cumulative record of adds/deletes and net # skus .Run Image plan report same dates as At a Glance report .Update Rolling Additions/Deletions sheets

Qualifications: .Bachelors degree .3+ yrs experience in planning or analysis .Aggressive self starter .Strong sense of urgency .Team player with positive, can do attitude .Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills .Strong attention to detail .Strong verbal and communication skills .Strong Retail math skills SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED .MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) .Retail Math
