Notify landlords of cable construction and repair. Negotiate and obtain access agreement where necessary. Write letters to public and city officials when necessary. Maintain Real Estate Database. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Obtains access agreements as necessary. Prepares correspondence to public and city officials. Maintains database of building owners, agents, superintendents and their respective telephone number, addresses and other pertinent information. Coordinates and responds to landlord notification of upcoming cable construction and repair. Responds to and oversees requests for system repair to landlord complaints including on-site visits. Coordinates and attends meetings with agents, landlords, co-Op/Condo Boards, including evening meetings. Develops and maintains tracking system to manage this activity. Tracks and reports to Public Affairs, compliance with Appendix F of the Franchise Agreement as it relates to outlets provided to Municipal Agencies (schools, fire, police, senior citizens, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
