Description Marketing / Clients: ?• Assistance with positioning RMB4B as Competence Center Financial Institutions ?• With product and sales units, coordinate and steer the marketing approach and implementation of marketing strategies in line with the Sales Coverage Plan ?• Active cultivation of client relationships in accordance with the Client Segmentation through regular contacts to partners, interfaces within and outside of UBS, as well as to competitors (client visits, customer reception, correspondence) ?• In co-operation with the Client Relationship Directors for the Latin America region, develop and implement marketing strategies in the assigned client area and together with B4B Business Streams in line with the Client Segmentation ?• Ensure continual review and adjustment of the Client Segmentation ?• Establish the Sales Coverage Plan for assigned clients ?• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of region and its clients accordingly ?• Ensure that our clients have comprehensive knowledge of UBS as well as its products and services at their disposal ?• Ensure and improve own and employees product knowledge ?• Lead from result-oriented sales and consulting talks ?• Ensure efficient follow-up of activities/tasks resulting from client contacts Management: ?• Be aware of interfaces to other units of UBS through intense co-operation with UBS IB, UBS Global Asset Management and CRC with B4B in mind, and motivate subordinates accordingly ?• Carry out regular meetings within the Latin America region as well as with all product/sales units ?• Ensure the implementation and execution of internal controls within the business section in accordance with GS control system ?• Update and maintain customer relationship tools (GlobIs, FIBIS, etc.) ?• Lead a business section by coaching, supporting and advising employees Requirements ?• Bring ideas, comments and suggestions for improvement to the efficiency and quality increase within the department, the business sector, the business area and the division ?• Makes decisions concerning use of the section budget ?• Annual Performance Measurement and Management of subordinates, and the right to review team leaders and account managers PMMs ?• Right to request changes and adjustments to the pricing structure within Operations product responsibility and services, as long as the pricing concerning ROE and costs are consistent with overall client profit ability ?• Right to request CRC and the product/sales units for changes of credit lines Preferred Qualifications Special Requirements: ?• Very good B4B product and banking knowledge ?• Very good knowledge of the Latin America market ?• Analytical, pragmatic as well as entrepreneurial thinking and behavior ?• Strong leadership skills ?• Very strong communication skills (motivation, moderation, leadership, negotiation) ?• Excellent social and conceptual skills ?• Very good language skills - fluent in Spanish/ Portuguese ?• Easily able to interact with other cultures Our Offering We can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and teamwork and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.
