Description: Responsibilities for the Regional Business Line Leader - Tax include:

- Providing overall strategic and operational direction accomplished by embracing the firms core values, investing in people and infrastructure, and capitalizing on market opportunities and strategic relationships
- Capitalizing on the existing critical mass and strong firm reputation to build, grow, and develop the tax practice while increasing tax business consulting revenues
- Promoting one-firm focus by actively collaborating and cooperating with partners in all business lines throughout the firm
- Developing existing partners and staff while garnering trust in an open accessible environment
- Providing vision for strategic staffing decisions
- Providing and promoting excellent client service by personally managing client relationships consistent with the firms culture, which emphasizes the importance of "hands on - working partners"
- Functioning as a community business leader through the establishment of a professional reputation and network
- Handling ad hoc assignments

Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience serving as a tax partner in a national or regional public accounting firm
- CPA license
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Masters degree in Taxation
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
