Position Purpose: This position provides support for various recruiting initiatives. This role coordinates recruitment activities, systems and processes for Capital Markets US. This includes related activities to ensure recordkeeping, posting and candidate tracking obligations are met. As necessary, assists in sourcing, screening and other recruitment activity. Key Accountabilities: * Provides recruiting coordination support including: * Requisition entry into Peopleclick * Ensuring all required recruitment documentation is received from Hiring Manager * Partnering with Human Resources to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency * Scanning and uploading required paperwork into the applicant tracking system

* Coordinates the job posting process including: * Job board placement and submission * Print media placement and submission * Quality assurance (spelling, grammar, text, etc.) * Tracking open and close dates in Peopleclick * Scanning and uploading required ad copy into the applicant tracking system for record keeping purposes

* Provides communication support to recruiting team ensuring high quality of service to business partners

* Assists with projects upon request and provides support for recruiting initiatives in coordination with the Manager Recruitment

* Provides appropriate feedback and follow through to candidates, and business partners

* Conducts and provides research on current topics of interest as assigned

* Handles calls from candidates and vendors appropriately

* Produces monthly, quarterly and annual recruiting metrics

* Acts as company representative at career events as needed

* Other special projects as assigned Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma with a minimum four (4) years of relevant business experience in an administrative role or an undergraduate degree with two (2) plus years of business experience in an administrative role * Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Demonstrated attention to detail in prior roles * Proven problem solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills * Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Internet skills * Proven flexibility in accommodating different personalities, professional work styles and changing work priorities * Previous experience dealing with highly confidential information * Must be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship * Must reside within 50 miles of office Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience with a Fortune 500 organization * Prior corporate Human Resources administrative support experience * Prior experience utilizing applicant tracking system To be considered for this role, candidates must include a cover letter with salary requirements.
