Disney Theatrical Productions is seeking a Receptionist to work in our New York office. This position is a part of the Operations team. Responsibilities will include: answering multi-line phone; providing information and forwarding calls; greeting and welcoming guests to the office in a professional manner; scheduling and maintaining the calendar for conference rooms; receiving, sorting and distributing interoffice, touring and outgoing mail; receiving and distributing packages; serving as contact person for shipment tracking and returns; serving as contact person for office supply vendors, ordering and distributing office, shipping and kitchen supplies; completing ID requests; maintaining the Theatrical Guestmail account; processing all operations invoices and coordinating auction ticket requests and fulfillment; and supporting operations staff with office maintenance and upkeep. Applicants must have a positive professional attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team player. Work experience in the entertainment/theater industry is preferred.
