Description: Real Estate-Banking - Client Service Professional-Associate%%0A %%0A %%0A As an Associate Client Service Professional, you will report to a Client Service Manager or Assistant Client Service Manager and operate under direct supervision as part of the Chase Commercial Real Estate Banking Team. You will be responsible for various customer service, relationship management activities and operational controls of an assigned portfolio of commercial customers. You will serve as the primary point of service contact for each client within the CSP’s overall commercial portfolio. The assigned client portfolio may be comprised of moderate to complex operating transactional accounts, treasury products and various credit facilities. Daily activities would include but are not limited to the following: Opening and Closing of accounts, Research and Resolution of Customer%%27s DDA / Loan / Treasury Inquires, Processing Loan Transactions, Initiation of Wire Transfers, Conducting Overdraft Research, Preparing and Collecting Account Documentation from Customers. %%0A %%0A Client Service Management may also assign segment specific projects. As this is an entry-level position, you will be expected to work independently but more frequently escalate service issues, as necessary, to resolve customer requests in a timely manner. You will also be expected to have knowledge of and adhere to all Chase Commercial Real Estate procedures. Additionally you will be able to identify products and services that may benefit clients and improve overall relationship profitability. You will also participate in joint client calls with Bankers and TMO’s and have responsibility for some administrative functions. Requirements: * Recent completion of undergraduate degree - all majors will be considered. * Some experience in customer service, operations, sales or portfolio management, preferably with work experience primarily in banking or financial service industry. * A demonstrated ability to work independently in a problem solving capacity, couple with a willingness to multi-task * Have excellent oral and written communications skills * Be able to work in a team and under pressure effectively A great entry level position for those just finishing college!
