Posting Job Title QA Specialist TimeWarner Division Time Warner Cable Industry Cable and Telecommunications Services Location United States - New York - New York Requisition # 105779BR Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description Essential Job Functions Will be expected the successful candidate will support the department by monitoring outbound and inbound customer phone calls and coaching collections reps to improve the way they interact with every customer. Monitor inbound and outbound phone calls in real time. Coach collections reps regarding current departmental policies and procedures with an eye on improving every single customer "touch" point. Prepare and manage daily departmental QA reports for management and prepare analysis measuring departmental progress. Interact with line and executive staff. Interact with our customers (barge function). Schedule and attend all departmental meetings as necessary. Attend training sessions to maximize coaching ability. Requirements/Qualifications: Must have a minimum of two years of proven, successful relevant experience. Type at least 45 wpm and demonstrate an understanding and competency in all applications of the MS Office suite. Must be goal oriented. Demonstrate organizational skills, typing proficiency and possess at least intermediate skills in Word and Excel. This job interacts with collections and customer retention management, I.T., sales, field retention administration and all levels of customer support. Excellent communication skills are required. Multilingual a plus.
