In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills: a .aaaaaaaa Strong knowledge base in workforce transition, organization design and governance, learning capability and transfer, communication strategy, planning, and execution, talent requirements and HR programs, people risk and impact management and/or leadership design and stakeholder engagement. - Strong analytical skills (e.g., use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access to analyze data). - Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint). - Experience in one of our four market offerings is a plus:a Finance and Administration, Health and Human Services, Law and Justice or Transportation. - Graduate degree (MBA, MPA or MPP) preferred.
