Highly organized and detail oriented, strong interpersonal, writing, presentation and communication skills. Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle/manage multiple workstreams. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Familiarity with digital advertising technology. An understanding of market trends and competitive offerings. Duties: The Promotions Development Manager will create sponsorships and promotional advertising opportunities. This position will interface heavily with Sales, Site, Creative and Linear Promotional teams to create promotional concepts, have them approved internally, create presentation materials and mock-ups and present the ideas to clients. All promotions to be developed are digital - some will be part of an integrated proposal along with the linear teams. Examples of promotional opportunities created are advergames, sweepstakes, custom content, branded video, exclusive sponsorships etc. The Promotions Manager will help create a library of customizable "off-the-shelf" opportunities - as well as larger, custom opportunities tailored to a specific advertiser program/site. The Promotional Manager will work horizontally across all Turner Sports and Entertainment Digital properties - and will have a main area of focus in Sports, Entertainment or Animation.
