Description: Project Team Specialist - BCM Job Description PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking Project Team Specialists to coordinate and deliver seamless administrative support services to our client engagement teams. Assignments will include significant direct client contact with exposure to a wide variety of project management responsibilities and learning opportunities. The successful candidate will be a member of the client service team and will orchestrate all administrative support to team members in the delivery of high-quality products and services. Qualified individuals will have a broad understanding of client engagements, including engagement economics. Successful individuals are self-starters who have the ability to coordinate a diversified team of both client service and IFS staff. Candidates must be capable of using good judgment during oversight of workflow for others on the team. Using experience and creativity to anticipate and solve problems will be critical.

Engagement Set Up * Initiate and create the set of engagement contracting documentation (i.e. engagement letter, master services agreement, etc.) * Understand GFS reports including the revenue recognition method (i.e. reading the WIP) * Determine engagement budget * Determine billing plan (GFS or other) * Determine staffing needs of client engagements, coordinate resource needs with LoS HR * Locate and coordinate the use of firm-wide internal experts * Administer Line of Service tools including SAM, On Target, GEMS, Concept One, and Eclipse * Oversee independence compliance of individual CS team staff * Communicate scheduling with staff/input scheduling decisions into Retain * Oversee client and engagement independence and acceptance is compliant * Monitor services requests and oversee compliance with respect to the firms independence policies. Engagement Management * Organize and maintain work papers (electronic and manual) * Oversee engagement economics; such as reviewing and presenting budget to actuals, WIP, AR portfolio (analyze aging and identify issues) and making recommendations to the engagement team. * Review engagement attributes for accuracy as needed (roles/assignments of partner and managers, profit centers, product codes, etc.) * Update Scheduling/Forecasting tool * Coordinate engagement team deliverables * Coordinate response to client and team questions * Attend client meetings, record and follow-up on action items * Coordinate and collate fee information from multilocation engagement teams for audit committee reporting. * Prepare draft audit committee material, including the quarterly audit fee schedule and service request schedule. Engagement Wrap Up * Ensure workpapers are complete prior to scheduled archival * Assist in preparation for RQR as needed Miscellaneous * Perform ad hoc projects as needed

Scheduling/Deployment/Operations: * Communicate resource allocation and staffing decisions to partners, engagement teams and staffEnsure staff experience and client continuity are considered in scheduling * Work with appropriate parties to resolve scheduling conflicts * Analytically review person-by-person utilization reports to evaluate utilization of resources. Conduct research to understand/address unexpected trends. * Proactively work with Project Managers and staff to identify staff availability and staffing needs * Work with other PTSDs to achieve UPE business and work/life balance goals including: resource utilization, overtime and total client hour targets, vacation usage, etc. * Monitor headcount to identify trends and develop forecasts * Participate in the onboarding of new individuals to the Market Team; provide guidance on tools used by the portfolio management team including Retain, Workload Database, etc. * Support Learning & Education /Training & Development * Respond to requests for L&E, follow up as appropriate * Proactively work with staff and L&E coordinator to identify training opportunities and needs analysisAssist with monthly forecast preparations Assist with annual budget preparations Retain: Make/update booking requests in Retain Manage and maintain client information in Retain Provide training to new hires on how to use Retain Main documentation of client assignments and scheduling process - ensure protocols and controls are in place
