Description The Project Manager for Client Experience Process is responsible for assisting the Product Manager with executing the business direction of technology efforts involving client-facing applications such as the new account Welcome Book package and Account Verification Profile (AVP) letters. Responsibilities: * Working with the Product Manager, identify business needs and strategies within the application areas noted above. * Formulate work requests for new projects or system enhancements to meet identified business needs and strategies. * Coordinate, develop or prepare Business Requirements Documents. * Review and approve Functional Requirements Documents. * Use internal project management systems to initiate work requests with internal technology partners, and as appropriate with external vendor service providers. * Partner with the different Product & Service Groups and Branch Administration to ensure that field experience impact has been given full consideration. * Work with project partners to fully assess upstream, downstream and cross-impacts of new development. * In conjunction with the Product Manager, manage project life cycle to ensure all project deliverables and milestones are met. This includes responsibility for the overall project work plan across various technology, operations and product groups, as well as outside vendors. * Facilitate development of new PDFs between Legal, Graphics, and Technology * Develop and execute User Acceptance Test Plan. * Final UAT sign-off that new development conforms to specification. * Ensure the integrity of all production, including spelling, grammar, formatting * Create new, or update existing, training materials and user guides. * Assist with rollout/implementation of technology releases. * Work with the Field Services Group and Branch Administration to effectively transfer knowledge for post-implementation production support. * Act as the subject matter expert to support FSG and Branch Administration as they respond to inquiries, and in direct response to branch personnel as appropriate. * Analyze existing processes to identify potential problems and inefficiencies. * Partner with external service providers to ensure compliance with service level requirements. * Assist Product Manager with additional tasks as delegated.
Specifications / Qualifications * Minimum five years Financial Services experience required. * Demonstrated prior project management skills required. * Strong analytical, problem-solving/issues-resolution skills required. * Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking deadline-driven environment required. * Strong verbal and written communications skills required.
