The Project Managers primarily role is to work with sales, production and clients on sponsorship initiatives. The ideal candidate must be effective and efficient working across internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on deadlines and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction. This position is based in NY, NY. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple projects with innovative solutions with internal teams and external clients. - Manage projects, track progress, and review factors which affect schedules. - Work with FOX Entertainment Advertisers as the project manager by managing timelines, team deliverables and client expectations. - Match client objectives to creative execution and solutions to support their goals. - Write client contracts/statements of work (SOWs) by partnering across internal and external teams to document details and scope during the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales process. - Provide creative asset guidance to external clients and creative agencies. - Manage contests and sweepstakes promotions for clients by working with internal teams, clients and vendors. - Partner internally with members of the Sales Design Team, Sales, Sales Ops, Ad Ops, Tech, and Legal to achieve project goals. - Work closely with external members of the project team, including the Client, Creative Agencies, Client Vendors and other Vendors to achieve project goals. - Proactively makes suggestions for best practices and process improvement. Requirements: - 3-5 years experience, in an online media environment working with external clients. - Strong organization, project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines and changing needs. - Basic knowledge of web technologies including CSS and HTML. - Knowledge of interactive design concepts, wireframes and user-flow diagrams. - Knowledge and interest in promotions for the video games/ entertainment industries. - Client relationship skills. - Web Project Management. - Creative problem-solver. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good attention to detail. - Excellent Team Player. - PPT, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project.
