This product is marketed and sold to corporations with large data center operations, with a concentration in the financial services sector. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage software implementation projects and our managed service offering to clients. The Project Manager is tasked with the complete ownership and responsibility of implementing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of their projects and clients, as well as involvement in implementing the department's strategic plan. A Project Manager will interface with clients, management, field personnel, software developers and technical engineers. PM's will also be responsible to ensure that implementation and support procedures are well documented, updated, and adhered to.

Responsibilities: · Define scope of project and team member roles and responsibilities. · Manage scope of project, manage scope during the project and identify out of scope tasks and present them to client as required · Responsible for the development of budget and project plans during the analysis and design phase of the project · Responsible for updates to the budget and project plans throughout the project · Provide on-site consulting support for projects · Act as a liaison to clients internal project team affiliates including IT and Facilities, etc. · Manage the day-to-day activities for project team · Manage existing client base in support and maintenance of Asset Point installations · Understand the billing process; responsible for reviewing and approving Work In Progress (WIP's) invoicing · Track all expenses related to the project and reviewing invoicing · Review all project documentation and drawings prepared by team prior to hand off of the Project Book to the client · Assist with proposal writing for new business opportunities · Perform post-project performance evaluations on team members · Performing internal training and knowledge transfer. Support career growth in subordinates. · Lead client process review analysis and documentation for projects · Any additional or alternative duties, which are reasonably consistent with his/her position, as required. General · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Client Facing Role - Polished image and approach required · Strong individual time management skills · Self Starter - Takes ownership of all tasks to successful completion · Detail Oriented - Ensures accurate work is accomplished · Strong People Skills - Manages and Motivates Others · Able to travel abroad and within the US for projects - 25-50%%

Qualifications: • Approx 10 years general IT experience • Must have 5-7 years of Project Management experience in IT Technology, Data Center Infrastructure, ITSM, ITIL or closely related field. • PMP Certification or other Project Management Methodology. • Understanding of Relational Database Structures. MS SQL Server experience a plus. • Experience with Visio, AutoCAD and any graphics based CAD product a plus. • Experience with Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft, SAS a plus • Experience with Asset Management systems, such as Peregrine, Aperture, Main Control, Janus ARGIS or HardCat a plus • College degree required.
