We are currently searching for a Project Manager to join our organization. Position Accountabilities .Ensure that AVHQ clients receive a top quality product. .Maintain professional appearance that is suited for corporate environment .To delegate tasks as needed. .Load and unload trucks .Work in conjunction with sales staff if needed to obtain new business .Implement an acceptable maintenance schedule for all company vehicles. .Coordinate daily activities of drivers. .Ensure a safe working atmosphere and practices in warehouse .Keep labor percentage of all workers in line with department goals. .Conduct self with respect in terms of attitude with others and job function .Other duties as assigned Job Requirements .Able to lift 75 pounds .Supervisory ability of a staff of 9-10 people .Keep vehicle fleet in good operation .Train, motivate, and schedule all reporting employees .Ability to manage time successfully.

Internal/External Contacts Internal Reports directly to the Director of Rental Services Regular contact with account executives and customer services representatives Supervises Inventory Control/Dispatch, audio technician, video technician, lighting technician, project managers.
