Description: Posting Job Title Programming Director TimeWarner Division AOL Industry Online Content/Services Brand AOL Location United States - New York - New York Requisition # 104836BR Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description Style Director At AOL Programming Director for Style/Home will be responsible for the vision, tone, content, and programming of two of AOLs fastest growing lifestyle channel, Stylelist.com and AOL Home. Will determine and create unique and differentiating voice and tone. In addition to maintaining annual editorial calendar, will also be senior producer overseeing creation of all original content. Must be very knowledgeable in fashion and shelter categories, including designers, brands, trend forecasting. Will work closely with sales and sales development team to create advertiser-friendly packages for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities - Manage team of producers/writers and oversee the editorial content of two growing websites - Produce, curate, and aggregate channel-specific content - Identify and assign compelling interactive photo galleries, features and stories - Find ways to enhance the readers site experience, drive repeat visits and increased page views & engagement - Oversee production of daily blogs - Build and maintain PR relationships - Work with product management to create new and engaging products for channel - Curate video content - Work with sales development on channel-specific pitches - Will serve as in-house fashion, style and shelter expert
