* Work with the Program Director, Assist Program Director/ Music Directors for Hot 97 and 98.7 Kiss FM, on –air personalities and mixers to provide top quality entertainment for over 2.2 million listeners per week. * Provide all office support functions including, but not limited to, answering phones, generating correspondence, maintaining office files, timecard approval, supervising internship program, and facilitation of programming department. * Manage studio locations, supervise and schedule part-time on air support staff, and be liaison between the programming and sales department. * Other duties as may be assigned by station management.

Qualifications of ideal candidate: -One year of experience in a programming environment working with on-air personalities and programming personnel preferred. -Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as various types of digital production software. -Excellent knowledge of various types of music especially the different genres of Hip-Hop. -Knowledge of theNew Yorkclub scene and be well connected in the music business. -Candidates should have prior experience in an administrative support/marketing role. -Programming experience is strongly preferred. -Must be able to work in a high stress environment. -Must be able to work long hours which could include weekends. -Candidate will be highly detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and oversee and complete projects with quality completion.
