Responsibilities for this position include technical design, overseeing integrations, documentation, and implementations with emphasis on detailed analysis and development issues. Provide consulting to technology application teams in the usage and integration of POA systems. Must demonstrate strong change management skills with the ability to ensure quality installs. • Provide technical analysis for executing on the solution delivery of tool solutions that is being defined. • Facilitate and develop project objectives, definition and documentation of application requirements based on Solution Delivery Framework principles. • Formulate alternative choices and approaches for potential solutions and facilitate requirement and design meetings with key stakeholders. • Ability to analyze high level needs/requirements, source data, identifies and evaluates alternatives. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance and direction. • Consistently challenge traditional thinking by actively engaging in constructive dialogue. • Coordinate and establish necessary test activities and requirements (test cases, functional testing, test plans, etc.) are identified and satisfy system requirements • Establish and maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders throughout the system development and process establishment lifecycles. • Participate in architecture and design reviews • Ensure adherence to American Express technology standards The successful candidate will have to work in a fast-paced environment within a Global team, and must be flexible enough to support different roles if needed.
