IAS Program Manager Citi, Markets and Banking (CMB) Investment Administration Services - Global Transaction Services (GTS) 388 Greenwich St.- New York, NY 10013 The Investment Administration Services (IAS) group within Global Transaction Services has an opportunity available for a Program Manager at our 388 Greenwich Street location in Manhattan. Investment Administration Services is part of GTS’ Securities and Funds Services business and comprises a suite of operational services to support the middle and back-office needs of asset managers across a full range of investment products and needs including retail separately managed accounts (SMA), institutional separate accounts, and hedge funds. The Program Manager would join the IAS product team and work to develop and lead both internally facing training programs for Operations, Client Delivery, Product and Sales staff as well as client-facing training programs across an array of technology and operational components. Experience with asset manager’s operational tools, technology, and processes are required, with specific knowledge in the following applications a plus: . Vestmark and Checkfree APL managed account platforms . Multifonds accounting platform . StatPro performance reporting . Xcitek corporate actions reporting . Beachump hedge fund portfolio management Job Responsibilities * Supports the planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance and delivery of the IAS learning and development program and curriculum, with a focus on building sustainable practices that will change employee behavior to improve business results. * Create effective partnerships with product team and functional partners in Operations, Client Delivery, and Sales to develop and drive the internally facing components of the IAS learning and development program (new staff education and continuing education) * Works with Product Relationship Managers and Relationship Manager to develop and drive the client facing components of the IAS learning and development program (new client education and continuing education) * Creates participation reports and preliminary analysis on findings * Identify the most efficient and effective mediums for training delivery * Proactively interact and liaison with peers in GTS Learning and Development to manage IAS learning and development programs including updating training material and curriculum, sharing best practices, and managing IAS and GTS training budget * Create presentations/marketing material * Performance Consult and solicit information, perform analysis and present to management * Research and maintain a library of industry articles and books for reference on key topics and executive summary * Responsible for maintenance and updates to Global Learning Management System

Specifications / Qualifications

Job Requirements * Detailed oriented, execution-focused * Functional knowledge and skills (or strong interest) in financial services and asset manager’s operations * Ability to analyze reports and data and utilize learning measurement tools * Knowledge and skills for conducting needs analyses and identifying root causes * Familiarity with Instructional Design methodologies and/or adult learning theory is a plus * Performance consulting skills that will make measurable improvement in the organizations performance * Ability to create and analyze basic reports for analysis of programs and budgets, and develop tracking methodologies to evaluate cost/benefit of training programs * Effective communications and marketing skills * Strong presentation skills and experience with facilitation techniques in the classroom, virtual classroom and blended learning approaches. * Understanding of basic project management concepts, managing a project schedule, and cost analysis * Effective research and analytical skills to provide executive summary of findings * Works in collaborative matrix structure, fast paced environment and deals well with ambiguity
